CURRICULUM
We are proud of the rich and varied curriculum we are able to offer our children at Ightham Primary School. Our Year 6 children have the opportunity of taking part in a residential trip every year.
Below are examples of some of the educational visits and extra-curricular activities arranged by the school in the last couple of years.
- Year 4 visited Ightham Mote
- We held a Malawi Day
- Year 3 visited Chatham Dockyard
- Year 2 visited Dungeness Lighthouse
- Year 6 attended Safety in Action
- We held our annual Music Recitals afternoon
- We held a special Poetry Assembly
- Year 6 went on their residential trip to Windmill Hill
- Year R visited Bore Place
We also take part in a wide variety of sporting competitions and drama/choir opportunities. Below are a few examples:
